Subscription & Payment Policy

This Subscription & Payment Policy describes the terms of paid subscriptions available through the Todait application operated by Loopetto.

1. Subscription Plans

Todait offers the following subscription options:

• Free Tier: Download and use basic features at no cost. Free users can create up to 2 study plans. Upgrading to Premium unlocks additional plans, cover photo customization, and more features to be added over time.
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month
• Premium Annual (Introductory Offer): $29.99 for the first year, then $39.99/year — available to eligible first-time subscribers as displayed in the App Store before purchase.
• Premium Annual: $39.99/year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The applicable price will be displayed in the App Store before purchase.

2. Introductory Offer and Promotional Pricing

Todait offers an introductory price for the annual subscription plan to eligible first-time subscribers.

The Premium Annual Introductory Offer provides a discounted first-year price of $29.99. After the first year, the subscription automatically renews at the standard annual price of $39.99/year unless cancelled.

This is not a free trial. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase through your Apple ID account. The introductory offer is available to eligible users as determined by Apple and displayed in the App Store before purchase.

Todait may also offer other promotional prices or limited-time offers from time to time. The exact price, eligibility, and terms will always be displayed in the App Store before purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (“App Store”) as in-app purchases. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store.

5. Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at https://support.apple.com or through the “Report a Problem” feature in your purchase history.

Loopetto does not process refunds directly.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.

If we change the price, we will provide notice through the App Store or the Service. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.

If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.

7. Service Availability

Service availability terms, including maintenance and interruptions, are described in our Terms of Service.
